Michelle's Story

Michelle's life changed dramatically in 2024 when her beloved sister passed away unexpectedly, leaving 4 beautiful children without their mother and without a home. Michelle, with the help of her aunt, took in her nephews (ages 15, 12, and 11) and her niece (age 9) and has vowed to give them the best life possible. But it has been a struggle financially to adapt to Michelle's new family of 6. We were able to help Michelle, her aunt, and the children during our holiday drive, and Michelle is eternally grateful to CUH and its volunteers for providing a joyous holiday for the children, the first without their mother. But they need more help as they adjust to their new normal.

Let's help Michelle get 2025 off to a great start by helping her fulfill the continuing needs of her nephews and niece. With our help, this new family can thrive together!
