Nestled in the heart of Havertown is one of our newest Compassion United families — the Geyers. Four-year-old Maisy is a lover of Disney Princesses, rainbows, unicorns, and anything sparkly, pink, or purple. She adores school, dance, and Gaelic football. Walt and Bonnie Weaver are longtime Havertown residents. In fact, Bonnie was born in their Bon Air home in 1935 - the very place that inspired her name! And you might remember them from The Weavers’ Candle & Silk Flower Outlet, on Mifflin Ave., back in the 80’s & 90’s. This lovely couple has faced some tremendous challenges this year, including changes in their health and the loss of their oldest daughter in June.
